Creamy potato salad

Creamy potato salad with ranch dressing.


Radish thinly sliced (as per your preference) - Optional
Salt and pepper according to taste

Boil the potatoes then let them cool. When cool quarter them into bite size pieces. Wash the stalks of green onion and dry them with paper towels. Trim the ends and cut the stalks into pieces. Add chopped green onions, ranch dressing, seasoning salt with salt and pepper toss and leave in fridge for 2 hours before serving.
For ranch dressing:

Ingredients:

1 cup mayo
½ cup sour cream/ or u can also use butter milk

1/2 tsp Mustard Sauce
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp garlic powder or paste
1 onion cut into small cubes
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice & little zest (it taste more yummy)


1/4 tsp sugar

Method:

Whisk together mayo and buttermilk/sour cream until smooth. Add in all ingredients and whisk until blended. Chill for at least 30 mins and then adjust seasoning according to your taste.  Dress on top sprikled with Cilantro (Kothmir).  Like · · Share
