~DADDY'S LITTLE GIRL~

One memory I have which is etched in my mind. The first time my husband held our two daughters when they were born respectively in his hands.
I will never forget the look in his eyes, he was smitten.
Fathers and Daughters share a unique and special bonding. A relationship so important that it will define all affiliations she will have with men throughout her life. Husbands, Boyfriends and Friends will all be chosen with similarities to Daddy.

From a very young age, Daughters hold their fathers in high esteem. Placing them on a pedal stool. Daddy can do no wrong. Fathers dote on their daughters catering to all their needs and wishes. A girl knows no matter what she can always count on daddy, for money, advice and sharing secrets. Fathers are very protective of their daughters.  The hardest part is when they get married and leave our home- whose gap never gets filled.

A daughter's hand may be small but she can still wrap it around daddy's fingers and as she gets older has dad wrapped around her fingers.  Daughters are unpredictable; you never know how high she is going to drive you up the wall.
Beautiful flowers that fill a man's life with joy. She may outgrow your lap, but she will never outgrow your heart. A daughters hand will hold yours for a little while but will hold your heart for a lifetime. She will always be daddy’s little girl.
