Jelly Fruit Pudding or Catheral Window Pudding



My variations desert🙇

making 40 min.
Serves  6

 INGREDIENTS
⭐milk - 1 L
⭐cream - 200 ml
⭐Sugar - 1 cup
⭐fruits - 600 g mix of your choice from your favorite fruits
⭐vanilla - 1 tspn
⭐gelatin - 2-3 sachet
🔶1/2 cup yogurt thick OPTIONAL just to cut the milk taste.

MAKING
Dissolve gelatin in water according to package directions. During this time, boil the milk with the cream, sweeten it with sugar and add vanilla. Remove it from the heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved, the mixture should not be too hot. Let the milk mixture to cool without hardening however and add the yogurt and whip well into smooth consistency.
Cut your favorite fruits into pieces and mix them to the cooled mixture.
Transfer it to a large cake form or more smaller shapes. Put in the fridge to firm for several hours.
Before presenting immersed in hot water for seconds to loosen from tin and turn into a platter or plates.
Enjoy your sweet Desert.

🔷 The same desert you can make with set jellies cubes inside the milk mixture.  You have to cool the mixture just enough not to set the mixture and add lastly the cubed coloured jellies so it does not melt. You can set the mixture in small serving clear glasses as well.🔷
